  • Trimming to remove fat, hide, defects or contamination from muscle and tissues
  • Supporting roles in the processing of beef
  • General use of a knife or other tools
  • Weighing, labeling, bagging, packing and boxing finished product
  • Ensuring food safety and quality
  • Cleanliness and housekeeping
  • Maintaining a safe working environment -Required Qualifications
    • Must be eligible to work in the United States without Visa sponsorship
    • Must be 18 years or older -Preferred Qualifications -
      • Experience in a meat processing environment
