Job Overview

Shriners Children's is the premier pediatric burn, orthopaedic, spinal cord injury, cleft lip and palate, and pediatric subspecialties medical center. We have an opportunity for a part time Pediatric Registered Nurse in our PACU Department.

Responsibilities

The PACU Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the recovery room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe after surgery. The RN provides leadership through activities such as preceptor role and quality improvement efforts.

Education

BSN preferred

Certification/Licensure

RN in state of practice

Skills

Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
