Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to create/manage systems and analytics for projects in Centralized Maintenance Support. The position will focus on creating and maintaining departmental systems and analytics by using knowledge on system coding, automations, and query/report building. Major Responsibilities: Create and Manage systems required for users to handle processes Create and Manage reporting using data from these systems to show user metrics, process health, status reports and any other ADHOC reports required Compile and present monthly Area metrics to Area Leadership teams Identify trends and potential problems, work with Management to determine and implement solutions Manage all aspects of many diverse projects as assigned by Leadership Qualifications: Advanced Microsoft Access and Excel experience required Must be able to design, code, and maintain a custom user facing system in Microsoft Access VBA Coding experience required Experience creating complex queries for both systems and reporting Knowledge writing SQL preferred Previous Project Management experience preferred High School diploma or equivalent required Bachelor's degree preferred Strong customer service skills preferred Must be computer literate Ability to prioritize and work in a fast paced environment Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
