POSITION SUMMARY:

Position facilitates to the flow of organization information as an integral part of the practice team.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

• Answer and direct incoming facility calls.
• Records and routes telephone and in-person messages accurately, completely, and promptly.
• Takes a proactive role in resolving any patient/customer service complaints. Independently identifies concerns in stressful situations to offer assistance in a calm demeanor.
• Time is consistently managed effectively to regularly volunteer for additional assignments to provide additional clerical support.
• Crosstrain in office roles to support when needed.
  
  QUALIFICATIONS: Previous receptionist and customer service experience preferred. Knowledge of healthcare setting. Excellent customer service, communication, and problem solving skills.
  EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent required
