We are focused on providing high-quality, compassionate care. We strive to make every interaction meaningful. We believe our caregivers can make a difference in someones life because without them that client may not be able to remain in the home they love. Today, it is even more important for in-home care due to increasing health concerns and high demands on safety. As a Home-Care Provider, you will assist our clients with their daily living needs safely and respectfully while encouraging the client to maintain some level of independence. Our clients have the right to always be treated with dignity and respect and have the right to offer input with the care they receive.*Pay Range:$15-$18 per hour**Requirements:** Must be dependable. Our clients depend on their caregivers to safely remain in their homes.* *Background check and current TB Screen will be required* to provide or complete before start or have completed them within the last year.* Show 2 years of residency in this Commonwealth - if not you will be required to complete the Federal Background check.* Current Drivers license and insurance (if using their car for community errands as needed)* Must have reliable transportation.* CPR and First Aide Certification preferred or willing to get certified.* *Be willing to complete* and pass competency set for forth by the state regulation prior to hire or have already completed the PA Personal Care Home course in the last year.* *6 months of experience* as a caregiver or direct care worker.* Positive attitude, Respectful and Honest.*Responsibilities:** Nutritional meal preparation* Personal care with supervision as needed* Maintaining a clean, healthy, and pleasant living environment* Assistance with making & keeping medical appointments* Community errands such as: some grocery shopping or stopping at the post office* If you are motivated to help others succeed with their daily tasks and can see yourself in this role, please complete our application.* We will follow up with you on the next steps in the interview process!Job Type: Full-timePay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hourSchedule:* Monday to Friday* Weekends as neededApplication Question(s):* Are you at least 18 years of age?Experience:* Home health: 1 year (Preferred)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Preferred)Work Location: In personby Jobble More...
