As a vital part of our operation, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact by working with our team to conduct routine and preventative maintenance as well as diagnosing machinery issues. Job Summary: We are seeing a skilled Manufacturing Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery used in our manufacturing processes. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues with machinery.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks according to established schedules.
- Collaborate with production team to identify and address equipment problems in a timely manner.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures. Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training or certification preferred.
- Proven experience as manufacturing mechanic or similar role.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in manufacturing maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergencies as needed.
