We are seeking Machinists for our Bridgeville site with CNC experience. This position will train on 1st shift then move to 2nd shift: From 3:15 pm to 11:45 pm. Location is Bridgeville, Pennsylvania. We also have openings in 3rd shift: From 11:30 pm to 7:30 am. NEW HIRES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $2500 SIGN-ON BONUS! APPLY TO FIND OUT MORE! Responsibilities: - Must be able to efficiently and effectively set up and operate CNC lathes and mills, including a variety of turned parts and castings.
- Read and interpret drawings using conventional tolerances as well as geometric tolerances.
- Adjust speeds and feeds to maximize machining productivity.
- Knowledge of layout and setup of castings and raw material.
- Machine parts to close tolerances (.001") from raw material and/or castings in the most efficient manner while understanding safety and quality requirements.
- Operate/machine parts as required to meet drawing specifications. Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate.
- Minimum 6 months of machining experience.
- Ability to read and follow route sheets/blueprints.
- Self-starter.
- High level of organization skills. Preferred experience/ skills:
