Our campus offers residents delicious dining and a continuum of healthcare including Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing.We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Sales Counselor to help in building relationships with qualified prospective residents, helping to guide them through the sales process, find creative ways to overcome objections through mutual discovery and lead prospective residents to secure residency in the community.What you'll be doing:Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by streamlining documentation, forms, applicant lists, procedures and processes to ensure that the marketing department is operating as efficiently as possible.Assist prospects and residents with documents throughout the move-in and move-out process, coordinating efforts and creating and providing notices with all associated departments including facilities, administration, resident services, dining services and marketing department.Build Independent Living Brochures, apartment floor plans, Move-In Guides, new resident files, and other materials essential to the sales process.Produce routine reporting that empowers sales activities and provides valuable information about customer preferences and objections. Complete market research and competitive analysis on a quarterly basis.Assist with general community inquiries by providing basic information and conducting introductory tours of the community as the first step in the sales process.Prequalify prospects and follow through until they are able to be assigned to a Sales Counselor.
