We invite you to learn more about our wonderful community: Your Role With Us:The Adult Float Pool at Salem Hospital is a team of nurses and CNAs who float throughout our acute care and critical care units. These highly trained nurses and CNAs develop a wide knowledge base and are able to provide care to a wide range of different diagnoses. The team prides themselves on providing exceptional care every time to each of their patients.   Background/Expertise:
  • Requires BSN or BAN or non-nursing Bachelor's Degree with MSNORADN with an agreement to complete BSN or MSN within 3 years of hire.
  • ADN with 5+ years of experience not required to get BSN.
  • Current and unrestricted license to practice nursing in the state of Oregon.
  • A minimum of one (1) year experience required.
