About the Job We have an exciting opening for a Residential Crisis Therapist at our crisis residential treatment facility in Medford, Oregon. This position provides clinical services to individuals who are experiencing crisis and who are in need of short-term support and stabilization. The Residential Crisis Therapist performs crisis assessments and gives individual and group therapy sessions. This position also assists with the training and clinical oversight of the program's QMHA staff members, who provide 24-hour residential support to residents. The Residential Crisis Therapist should have a strong working knowledge of the DSM-5 and the ability to direct and offer appropriate clinical treatment. They will have strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal communication skills and knowledge of community resources in order to assist clients with transition plans and case coordination is preferred. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$6,250 - $7,250 per month DOE/Credentials.Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired). - Unlicensed: $6,250 - $6,750 per month
- Professional Oregon Mental Health License: $6,750 - $7,250 per month About the ProgramThe Beckett Center is a 14-bed secure crisis residential treatment facility. This 24-hour program will serve as a diversion to the emergency room, and will offer a low stimulation, professionally staffed, therapeutic environment for those with mental health needs to safely and effectively de-escalate through appropriate interventions, supervision, and physical safeguards.ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program. QMHP employees are also eligible to apply for the Oregon Behavioral Health Loan Repayment Program. What You'll NeedMust be eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration.
