Call us at 541-440-4844Duties and Responsibilities for Machine Operator:Knowledge of Inkjet setup application and labelingResponsible for Paint line OperationsPrime line Setup to include Vacuum Coater and SandersExperience with Drying oven Operation and controlsSet up, operate, and monitor production equipment to established procedures and safety guidelines.Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identify potential issues or malfunctions, and perform basic maintenance tasks or report to maintenance staff as needed.Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials, components, and finished products to prevent damage or contamination.Ability to Collaborate with other team members, such as supervisors, technicians, and quality control personnel, to ensure smooth coordination and effective communication throughout the production process.Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to quality control guidelines to ensure products meet or exceed specified standards.Document production activities, including machine performance, output, and any deviations or incidents that occur during the shift.Maintain a clean and organized work area, following good manufacturing practices and workplace safety protocolsSkills and Qualifications for Machine Operator:Technical certifications or training in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.Proven experience as a Production Operator or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.Strong technical aptitude and the ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment effectively.Knowledge of production processes, machinery operation, and quality control principles.Ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as operating manuals and production instructions.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to perform tasks with accuracy and precision.Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.Commitment to workplace safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.Attendance and showing up on time is very importantJob Details for Midline OperatorTemp-HireShift: Mon-Fri 6:00am - 3:30pmMust be available for overtime$23.00/hr#STRBby Jobble More...
