Job Description: NP/PA Provider needed for Urology position in Northeastern, Oregon

• Full-time Perm
• Experience in Urology, Pre/Post-Op Care, Uroflow Interpretations, Insertions of Cath, and some OR Time.
• Working in an Expanding Critical Access Hospital
• Schedule: 4/10's per week
• Licensed in Oregon or in the Process
• 14-16 PPD
