About the Role: The QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Control) Manager is responsible for conducting audits of projects and quality standards of T&D electrical construction projects. Individual will train and educate staff on quality expectations and quality fundamentals. The QA/QC Manager will also provide subject matter expertise to assist staff in improving their quality program/efforts. This role will support the U.S. Department of Energy- Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) project on the Hanford Site near Richland, WA. Essential Functions - Prepare and complete project construction quality review checklists and required documentation
- Submit quality reporting to management
- Work with district management to address and improve quality practices throughout the duration of the project
- Oversee the work of other members of the quality department
- Appraise customer's requirements and ensure acceptance
- Maintain records of quality reports and relevant documentation for submission to owner or owner representatives at project closeout
- Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location

- Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards, if applicable About You: Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the utilities or construction industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Journeyman Lineman, QC Manager/Inspector, Project Manager or Construction Manager working on transmission construction projects
- Prior experience working in a quality assurance or control position
- Bachelors degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering or related discipline; combination of relevant education and experience considered in lieu of degreeKnowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Proficient with MS Word and MS Excel
- Proficient with blueprints and one-line drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits
- Salary - $120,000 - $140,000 / year.
