As a Superintendent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful completion of projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and fostering strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Superintendent Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation - Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is executed according to plans and specifications - Collaborate with project management teams to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget goals - Monitor safety standards and promote a safe working environment on-site - Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards Superintendent Essential Job Functions: - Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget - Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members - Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders - Conduct regular site meetings to address any challenges or issues that arise during the construction process - Maintain a thorough understanding of project plans, specifications, and contract requirements Skills: - Minimum 7-10 years of experience in commercial construction, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders - In-depth knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials - Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, plans, and specifications Benefits: - Competitive salary range: $85,000-$130,000, commensurate with experience - Medical, dental, and vision insurance - 401(k) retirement plan with company match - Paid time off and holidays To learn more about this exciting opportunity, please contact Madison.Freeman@gogpac.com or 615-695-9219.
