Salem Health Medical Clinic - Monmouth is seeking a skilled MD to join our team. The provider hired into this position will assume responsibility for a full patient panel. Salem Health Medical Clinic employs the only primary care providers in the community of approximately 11,000 residents.Monmouth, Oregon is located in the heart of the Willamette Valley. The small, charming college town is home to Western Oregon University. With a wide array of businesses and organizations, you can get most of what you need within the city limits. Grab a bite to eat, do some shopping and explore all the Monmouth has to offer!Background/Expertise:

• Board Certification in the applicable American Board of Medical Specialties or the American Osteopathic Board.
• • Applicants who are not Board Certified must obtain board certification within five years from completion of the applicable Residency and/or Fellowship program for the privileges being requested at Salem Hospital
  • Demonstrate experience and current competence in the delivery of patient care for a minimum of 60 patients of various diagnoses and procedures in each of the requested age populations below in an active clinical practice reflective of the privileges requested within the last 24 months.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in the delivery of patient care in an active clinical practice preferred.Total Rewards Offerings:
