About the Job We have a Full-Time opening for an IT Help Desk Specialist I at our Lane Service Center in Springfield, Oregon. The IT Help Desk Specialist I provides a range of computer technical support. This position will be responsible for responding to Helpdesk tickets, providing support in person, over the phone, over video conferencing, or via remote access; diagnosing issues with computer software, peripherals, and hardware; talking employees through basic problem-solving processes; installing, configuring, and upgrading hardware and software systems; provide basic computer training; write training manuals; following up with employees; troubleshoot, configure, upgrade networking devices in a mixed environment of Windows and Mac Operating systems. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm (Full Time, Day) What You'll Make$22.00-$25.00 per hour DOE/CredentialsAdditional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).
