As a PM/Estimator, you will be responsible for detailed take-offs, computer-generated estimates, proposals, schedule of values, and contract reviews using OST and Quick Bid software.Project Manager/Estimator Responsibilities:- Conduct detailed take-offs for projects- Generate accurate computer estimates and proposals- Review contracts and schedules of values- Manage project budgets and timelines- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure project successProject Manager/Estimator Essential Job Functions:- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in estimating- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in construction estimating software (OST, Quick Bid)- Knowledge of construction industry practices and standardsIf you are a seasoned professional with experience in construction estimating and project management in the drywall industry, this is the opportunity for you.
