The Director of Clinical is responsible for the clinical management and the strategic growth of the ProCare Wound Healing Programs and other wound care continuum programs for the assigned area of responsibility. This position is responsible for the complete oversight of the ProCare Wound Healing Program. -The Regional Clinical Director has oversight to the day-to-day center clinical operations, staff management, financial management, quality/performance improvement, and clinical functions oversight. The Regional Clinical Director is also responsible for maintaining collaborative and consultative client relationships within and outside the hospital organization and for creating effective working relationships. -The Regional Clinical Director directs clinical staff and works in conjunction with contracted staff to ensure quality care is provided to all patients, ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations, and ensures ProCare Policies and Procedures are enacted accordingly. - More...
