We focus on understanding the forces shaping their business and developing industry tailored solutions that support our clients through the entire lifecycle of the Workday implementation. In joining, you'll be a part of a team that helps our clients utilize integration, data conversion, extend, prism and other tool sets to enable the broader Workday solution. Workday technology consulting work streams are a pivotal part of our projects that allow for the migration from legacy solutions, interoperability with third party solutions, provide reporting, insights and analytics, and extend the Workday solution to support client use cases. Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 8 years of Workday product experience Preferred Qualifications: Degree Preferred: Master Degree Preferred Fields of Study: Data and Analytics, Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, Computer and Information Science, Statistics or Mathematics - Certification(s) Preferred: Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Integrations and/or engagement manager certification Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates intimate-level, abilities success with managing the identification and addressing of client needs:
