Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and structure of the ServiceNow Platform to align with business requirements and future scalability

Evaluate and select ServiceNow applications, plugins, and integrations to enhance platform functionality


Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Master's degree preferred
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, Application Developer, and Technical Architect certifications preferred
Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation
Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages
