Title: Atlassian Subject Matter Expert (SME) II Location: On Site - Dayton, OH (Client Site) Classification: Salary, Exempt Travel: Security Requirement: Must possess a Secret security clearance with a Top Secret security clearance highly preferred. Position Description: The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) seeks to create, sustain, and continuously enhance their digital services, capabilities, and solutions across the organization, providing useful, usable, efficient, and effective ways to manage and streamline their processes through the configuration of existing platforms and tools. AFLCMC requires a contractor to deliver capabilities to provide Program Office support. The contractor shall incorporate relevant methodologies, including Customer Experience (CX), Human-Centered Design (HCD), User Experience (UX), and Human-Systems Integration (HSI), to cultivate deep empathy with stakeholders; generate ideas; build, test, and refine innovations; replicate and mature solutions; and achieve the scale required to accelerate the delivery of capabilities, streamline processes, and advance operations.
