SummaryReporting to the Director of S&OP, the Master Supply Chain Planner is responsible for leading and managing the manufacturing site planning teams in the coordination and management of all activities associated with supply planning, inventory management, and Sales and Operations Planning. The Master Supply Chain Planner will also be responsible for the managing and reporting of performance dashboards which include action-based key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer order delivery service metrics.Experience & EducationBachelors' degree in a related field.5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of the S&OP process.Skills & CompetenciesProject management leadership.Strong verbal and written communication skills that can pivot from an operational setting to a corporate, executive review.Advanced analytical abilities, excel skills, and computer skills with experience in ERP systems, preferably SAP (working within make-to-stock and make-to-order business).Highly motivated leader that engages the team to challenge processes for continuous improvement.Team-oriented and collaborative with excellent people and customer service skills.Key Goals & DeliverablesLead, coach, and develop manufacturing site planning teams in all aspects of supply planning.Manage activities that lead into a 15-month rolling supply plan for longer-term production and physical logistics capacity planning utilizing the unconstrained demand plan.Collaborate closely with Sales, Procurement, Customer Experience and Manufacturing to deliver world-class customer experience.Partner with Director of S&OP to facilitate Demand, Supply and the Executive Meeting of the Sales and Operations PlanningResponsible for S&OP KPIs and creating root cause and counter measure improvement plans.Accurately identify risks that affect supply, transformation, delivery, and customer demand.Effectively analyze the probability, control, and impact of identified risks.Determine the need for material and capacity to address expected demand, execute the resulting plans, and update planning and financial information to reflect the results.Responsible for overall inventory management including aging and expired material.Responsible for ensuring ERP system settings are maintained for accurate supply planning.MetricsOn-Time-In-Full.Past Due Customer Orders.Days on hand/working capital.Inventory Turns.Travel RequirementsThis position is a remote position in the USA and will require periodic travel up to 25%.by Jobble More...
