Utilizing physicians orders and professional skills, the Hospice RN develops and implements a plan of care that meets each patients specific needs and follows accrediting organization standards, federal and state regulations, reimbursement guidelines, as well as the organizations policies and procedures.Required Experience:Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
