Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage : 0%Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities: - Develop and implement risk management education and awareness programs, including innovative gamification programs to raise risk awareness and builds a sense of community amongst participants.
- Identify and assess risks to the organization.
- Develop and publish monthly Risk Education and Awareness, as well as Global Business Resilience (GBR) program reporting and dashboards.
- Develop clever motivating awareness materials and deliver learning opportunities to employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that risk management is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements
- Experience with Gallup Clifton Strengths
- Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and job satisfaction within the Risk organization.
- Conduct surveys and gather feedback to improve the work environment.What You will Need:
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business administration, or a related field
- Background with risk management, audit, data analytics and/or compliance highly preferred
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management programs
- Influential communicator and excellent presentation skills a must
- Significant expertise in data analytics, PowerBI, etc.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A background in payments processing
- CISSP,CISA, or CRISC advantageous
- Strong analytical, organizational and communications skills required as well as outstanding interpersonal and human relation skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees and third parties (as needed)
