Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Representative. This is a 03+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Enon, OH(Onsite). - Troubleshoots and resolves discrepancies in customer s loyalty accounts
- Accurate and detailed data entry
- Reviewing and making necessary changes and/or updates to Speedy Rewards accounts
- Act as an educational resource for the customers
- Must be able to validate loyalty account holder via information in the loyalty account database
- Receives and responds to emails, reports, and other customer service departmental records as needed
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions
- Searches, interprets, selects, and codes documents and records as needed
- Operates various office equipment, software and/or tools required by the customer service department to complete assigned tasks
- Communication with peers and leadership through online services
- Answers and responds to incoming phone calls regarding support relative to the customer service department
- Communicates clearly and accurately with customers
- Reports global issues to the customer service leadership
- Maintains operating knowledge of systems utilized by the customer service department
- Trains and develops new and existing personnel
- Ability to influence how customers react to the Speedway brand
- Ability to speak in a non-scripted service and communicate effectively
- Ability to make decisions, correct issues, and solve problems
- Urgency to assist the customer and resolve high-conflict situationsKey Requirements and Technology Experience:
