Position Type : Full time Type Of Hire : Experienced (relevant combo of work and education) Education Desired : Bachelor's Degree Travel Percentage : 1 - 5%Job DescriptionAre you ready to unleash your full potential?-- We're looking for people who are passionate about payments to chart Worldpay's path to being the largest and most-loved payments company in the world.What you will be doing:--- Maintain the relevance and accuracy of data within the People & Culture systems--- Provide regular reporting on KPIs, metrics, and activities--- Lead, evolve, and scale the data governance framework including managing the relevant objectives, approach, processes, policies, technology, and procedures--- Drive data adoption through stakeholder consultation and trainings (i.e. data quality, Lunch and Learns, playbooks, etc.)--- Works with cross-discipline teams to understand privacy, legal, and ethical considerations in the use of artificial intelligence/machine learning and analytics--- Demonstrate proactive thought-leadership by actively keeping up to date on industry trends and developments by making recommendations for areas of opportunity and improvement--- Act as the point of contact for Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Business Data Custodians and Technical Data Stewards for data quality and governance related questions/concerns--- Write documentation including data governance workflows, standards, guidelines, taxonomies, operating procedures, and corporate data policies.--- Perform other related duties assigned as needed.What you bring:--- Proficiency in Relational Databases--- Data analysis skills with experience using enterprise tools such as Visier, Workday People Analytics, MS PowerBI, and other metadata management tools--- Deep understanding HR regulations and industry best practices--- Ability to build relationships and credibility across the organization--- High-level understanding artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science concepts, methodology, techniques, and technologies--- Experience working on data and analytical processes, interacting, and collaborating with People teams in development and implementation of solutions to enable data governance capabilities, mitigate risks, and drive awareness and adoption data governance policies and standards across all data users.--- Strong knowledge of and experience with data governance as a practice, including enterprise data management, data quality, data lineage, meta data management, data methodologies, data analytics and reporting, and the ethical use of data and artificial intelligence (AI).--- Ability to provide information to a variety of audiences and deal effectively with confidential issues and protect data subjects--- Ability to share information with awareness of its effect on othersWhat we offer you |
