Work shouldnt be a source of stress, but a source of encouragement and belonging where you live out your lifes passion or purpose.*Location: *On-site at our Fairlawn, OH location.*Schedule: *Full-Time, Monday-Friday. *3 evenings per week* (11:00am-7:30pm), 2 days per week (8:30am-5:00pm)*POSITION PURPOSE: *The purpose of this position is to provide culturally competent, trauma- informed diagnostic assessments and face-to-face partial (PHP) and/or intensive (IOP) outpatient group services that include individual and/or family therapy to pre/adolescent population experiencing moderate to severe behavioral and mental health impairment. The therapist will provide services within the context of the goals as identified on the clients treatment plan.*POSITION REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS**1. EDUCATION: *Requires minimum of a Masters degree inCounseling, Social Work or a related Behavioral/Mental health field from an accredited college or university.*2. EXPERIENCE: *Previous pre/adolescent behavioral health counseling/therapy experience preferred. Previous pre/adolescent group therapy experience preferred CBT/DBT desired*3. LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION: *Requires active license, in good standing, to practice as a Social Worker/ Counselor in Ohio (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC).*4. KNOWLEDGE AND TRAINING REQUIRED AT TIME OF HIRE: *Excellent written and oral skills. Current knowledge of mental health practices. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer services skills. CPR.
