The Judge Group is currently seeking a Sanitation Supervisor for a food/beverage manufacturing company located near Wilkes-Barre PA--This position is responsible for providing supervision and leadership for the sanitation team.--RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:----------------------- Follows all the company policies set in our Employee Handbook.----------------------- Follows and applies with his team all safety rules, processes and procedures implemented by the company----------------------- Has functional literacy and oral communication skills in English for safety and following job specific instructions.----------------------- Has the ability to function under highly stressful conditions----------------------- Performs inspections of plant, equipment, and parts for cleanliness.----------------------- Embraces and champions Food Safety Standards and constantly enforce them.--3+ years of experience as a Sanitation Supervisor in the Food or Beverage Industry.-- SQF/HACCP Experience a must.-- Also, you must be open to shift work if needed.-- This role is primarily day shift.
