You are eager to put your skills to use by helping us help our clients inject security at every level of their organization. The Data & AI Security Manager is required to grow Accenture's security offerings related to data and AI security, with a focus on data protection capabilities. The Data Security Manager should be able to understand, communicate, and implement end-to-end data security programs that include capabilities such as: Data Protection Strategy and Governance: The manager would ideally help organizations define a comprehensive strategy for data protection. This includes setting up governance models, considering risk management frameworks, and aligning with relevant laws and regulations. Data Protection Reporting & Analytics; Insider Threat Integration : Skills in generating reports and analytics on data protection activities are valued. The manager should ideally be able to integrate these insights into an organization's broader security measures, such as monitoring for insider threats. Secure Data Management : The manager should have an understanding of how to handle data securely throughout its lifecycle-from creation and storage to use and deletion. Data Loss Prevention (DLP): The manager should be conversant with DLP technologies and approaches. This involves setting up policies and solutions aimed at preventing unauthorized access and sharing of sensitive data. Microsoft Security: The manager should have familiarity with Microsoft Security technologies, including but not limited to Microsoft Purview Information Protection, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint DLP, and Microsoft 365 Compliance Center. Data Classification and Information Rights Management (IRM) / Digital Rights Management (DRM): The manager might facilitate the classification of data based on its sensitivity levels and look into implementing IRM/DRM solutions that manage data usage and sharing in line with organizational policies. CASB/ZTNA/SASE Data Protection : Familiarity with Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), Zero Trust Network Architecture (ZTNA), and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) would be beneficial for safeguarding data in various environments including the cloud and remote work settings. The following areas are also valued and can provide added depth to the role of a Data Security Manager: Data Discovery: Familiarity with cataloging, tagging, and monitoring sensitive data types for enhancing data visibility and control would be of value to the role. Trust Solutions (Privacy): Experience with managing data subject access requests and implementing privacy governance models for strengthening compliance measures would be beneficial to the role. Data Security Architecture: Understanding how to integrate data protection measures, key management, and data de-identification into an architectural framework for bolstering an organization's overall security posture would be advantageous to the role. Key Responsibilities may include :- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders- Manage Data Security delivery programs consisting of multiple workstreams, phases, or releases, including financials and staffing- Ability to lead security consultants and security analysts.- Drive Data Security and Data Protection opportunities, including solution planning, deal shaping, estimating, and pricing- Support Data Security proposal development and sales/marketing collateral- Lead Data Security and Data Protection strategy, roadmap, and vision definition- Maintain relationships with technology vendors to develop offerings Basic Qualifications : -
Minimum of 5 years of data security experience designing and implementing data security capabilities that involve data protection -
Minimum of 5 years of experience assessing or building programs in data protection, including strategy, governance, and analytics -
Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Data Security vendors, product capabilities, and solutions that focus on Data Protection and not limited to Data Loss Prevention, Rights Management, Data Classification, and Data Privacy -
Bachelor's degree or equivalent minimum 12 years work experience. (If Associate's degree must have minimum 6 years work experience.) Preferred Qualifications |
