Description:Our client is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical). Assisting the Manager, the Supervisor oversees mechanical maintenance operations, ensuring strict safety adherence.Responsibilities:
Evaluate mechanical performance and plan preventative repairs.
Schedule and guide union millwrights with work plans.
Assist in planning large projects and contribute to preventative maintenance scheduling.
Supervise and train the Union workforce.
Develop solutions to equipment-related problems and oversee maintenance operations.
Administer and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.Preferred Skills:
Proficient in managing hourly Union workforce.
Strong commitment to safety and standardization.
Results-oriented with excellent critical thinking and communication skills.Requirements:
Four-year Mechanical Degree.
