About the job:The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides administrative support and patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each person's physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs under the direction of a Provider or RN.What you will do:
- Provide exceptional front-line service, including: greeting and escorting patients, pre-screening tests and exam preparations, chart preparation/documentation, inventory and cleaning of patient rooms, appointment scheduling, and patient care
- Measure and record vital signs, perform point of care and EKG testing, as ordered
- Change dressings and remove sutures/staples
- Prepare and administer medications (no IVs) under the written order of a Provider
- Perform phlebotomy and obtain lab specimens
