The Company is known for producing the highest quality snacks in assorted flavors and sizes, including kettle cooked potato chips, traditional potato chips, tortilla chips, cheese curls and other extruded snacks, and corn chips, as well as cookies, crackers, and wafers.--OFF SHIFT OPERATIONS/FLOOR SUPERVISORAssigned shift on Afternoon 4pm-12am or Midnight 12am-8am--and work schedule reviewed during interview process.--Your seat at the tableThe Production Operations Supervisor position is responsible for leading employees in a manufacturing environment, during critical off-shift hours, including accountability for the achievement of all safety, quality, customer service, productivity, throughput, cost and continuous improvement objectives through both individual and team contributions.-- Production Operations Supervisor is accountable for providing clear direction, leadership, and support to off-shift team members through empowerment, teamwork, coaching, and on-the-job assignments.--Directs employees and plant floor activities to achieve a consistent and high-quality productEnsures that behaviors, practices and the work environment support a safe workplace by enforcing safety and sanitation rules and principlesEnsure compliance with all Federal, State and Company regulatory requirementsMaintains positive employee relations, including participating in evaluation and training of hourly personnelTracks employees
