What You'll Do:

• Be the Face: You'll be the go-to person for our clients, ensuring they receive the best service and products.
• Lead & Inspire: Direct a team handling everything from food procurement to service and foster a spirit of collaboration. Interview, select, manage and develop hourly team members
• Manage Smart: Handle budgets smartly, oversee food orders, and ensure operational efficiency. Oversee the food safety to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies
• Grow Your Team: Be involved in hiring and nurturing your team, shaping the leaders of tomorrow.

  • A strong background in food service management, preferably in K-12 School Services (3+ years).
  • Experience managing food service accounts
  • Culinary arts experience
  • Excellent team management and financial skills
