As a team ND psychiatrist, you will provide in-person onsite and community outreach prescription management services to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. You will have access to consult with licensed clinicians across multiple specialties including but not limited to, other statewide psychiatrists, licensed addiction counselors, therapists, psychologists, case managers and rehabilitation specialists. You will form collaborative relationships with local treatment teams and statewide partners. -This position provides outpatient services. Team ND psychiatrists must be committed to improving the quality of patient's lives through achieving and sustain recovery. They must ensure maintenance of certification, licensure, and continuing medical education requirements are met. Care provided must be patient-centered, flexible, adaptable, trauma informed, evidence based and take into consideration solutions that maximize the individuals' opportunities for recovery. - To be considered for this position, you are required to have a Medical Doctorate (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree. Active unrestricted ND license. Active unrestricted DEA registration number. Board Certification or Board Eligible. - Will Consider filling this position as a Behavioral Health Physician Assistants or advanced practice registered nurses at a rate of $7,146 - $9,527 per month. -To be considered, candidates must:

• Hold one of the following licenses at the time of hire:
• North Dakota board of nursing licensed advanced practice registered nurse (APRN)
• North Dakota board of medicine licensed physician assistant (PA)
• Have behavioral health specialty certification including or equivalent to:
• Family Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP
• Adult Psych-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP
• Adult Psychiatric-Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist PHMCNS-BC
• Psychiatric Certificate of Added Qualifications (CAQ)
• Also, you must have a minimum of one year of behavioral health specialty prescription experience post-graduation from specialty training.Position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
