How You'll Make a Difference: Arkos Health is seeking a Mobile Services Coordinator. The Mobile Services Coordinator is an integral member of the Mobile Outreach team. The Mobile Services Coordinator will be primarily responsible for the operation of the Mobile Outreach Unit(van). This will include driving to designated sites for Arkos Health business as well as cleaning and coordinating maintenance for the Mobile Unit. Other duties will also consist of assisting with point of care testing and promotional activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Driving Mobile Unit (van) to designated sites as indicated by schedule
- Accountable for the daily operation of the Mobile Unit to include, safety checks, cleaning, filling gas and fluids, and minor maintenance, stocking needed supplies
- Conduct on site Point of Care testing with patients
- Attending promotional events and activities with the mobile unit
- Assisting in contacting members and scheduling for events
- Conduct data entry and maintain appropriate documentation and tracking for quality initiatives
- Performs other duties as assigned to support the overall effectiveness of the organization
- Track needed supplies for Mobile Unit and communicate with Mobile Outreach Manager
- Adhere to departmental and company policies, standard operating procedures, and guidelines
- Traveling throughout the state as assigned for activities and events
- Educate patients on procedures that are being scheduled/performed
- Collaborate with Facilities Manager to coordinate maintenance needs and escalate high priority needs
- Maintaining appropriate records and logs pertaining to Mobile Unit mileage and maintenance Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- CNA/MA certification or Para medic/ EMT, or LPN or equivalent certification/ license
- Current BLS certification
- Current TB test and maintain a negative test annually
- Hep B vaccine/titer proof or signed waiver on file required
- Annual flu shot or approved exemption on file required
- Must have and provide proof of a valid driver's license and appropriate liability car insurance
- Upon hire and as needed must take and pass the assigned driver's course
- Must pass a background check and have and maintain a suitable driving record
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, efficiently, and effectively as a high performing team member
- Ability to autonomously manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to collect and process specimen samples. May be asked to conduct member visits for POC testing with specimen delivery to lab when applicable
- Experience with verifying Eligibility and navigating through Insurance Portals
- Ability to perform point of care testing and maintain competency Benefits:
