*Medi Home Hospice*, a proud member of the Medical Services of America family, is currently seeking an experienced Full-Time *Hospice Clinical Manager RN* covering *Raleigh, NC*.This position is responsible for the clinical management and supervision of patient care services provided by the agency. Other responsibilities include:* Ensures the care provided is in compliance with company policies and procedures, federal and state regulations, as well as accrediting bodies.* Performs clinical operations in alignment with state and federal regulations.* Approves the services provided to the hospice recipient are within compliance of the following: Start of Care, Recertification, and Discharge.* Reviews/audits medical records to ensure compliance in documentation: timeliness, legibility, appropriateness and completion.
