Orders for department and helps with yearly budget by providing suggestions and input to manager. Reports to manger any personnel issues or concerns and performs other work of the department as required.Minimum Education -High school diploma or equivalent - RequiredRequired Skills
      The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Previous experience performing EKG's is desirable and must complete a basic arrhythmia course within 90 days of hire (or next available date offered). Prior experience in management or leadership roles preferred. -Experience with scheduling and payroll entry preferred. Prior experience in data entry preferred. -Experience in training and mentoring others is preferred.
