In this role, the positive impact you will have on children with disabilities will make a lasting difference in their lives and the lives of their family members.Healthcare Business Development Manager Schedule: Monday - Friday Full-time 9:00 am - 5:00 pmAreas of Operations:Virginia Beach, VARaleigh, NCSouthern Pines, NCKidsSPOT offers its employees a generous employee benefits package, including:Competitive pay, Medica, Dental, Vision, and Aflac supplemental insurance, 401K plan with matching, eight paid holidays annually, PTO, referral bonuses, and much more.All benefits offered are subject to eligibility requirements, terms, and provisions outlined in the policies and plan documents, which you may request from Human Resources.Healthcare Business Development Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field3 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or marketing is required.2-5 Years of Management experienceProven track record of building and maintaining strong, long-lasting partnerships.Highly professional and persuasive presentation skillsExcellent oral and written communication abilityAbility to effectively negotiateDuties and Descriptions for the Healthcare Business Development Manager:Within a defined geographic territory, facilitate relationships with PCP Practice physicians and staff by direct communication to generate new referrals.Develop and implement strategic plans to recruit and retain referral partners in the healthcare and educational sectors.Establish strong relationships with potential and existing referral sources, including pediatricians, psychologists, schools, and community centers.Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, opportunities for expansion, and competitive threats.Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives, focusing on increasing market share and maximizing revenue.Network actively to build and nurture strategic partnerships that lead to business opportunities.Organize and participate in community and professional events to promote awareness of our services and establish our presence as a leading ABA, speech, and occupational physical therapy service provider.Identify and develop new business opportunities in both existing and new markets.Prepared and presented business proposals and presentations to prospective clients and partners.Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and campaigns that support partnership development and client engagement.Provide regular reports on partnership activities, outcomes, and ROI assessments to Director of Business Development.Use appropriate sales skills to identify a need (prospecting), offer appropriate solutions (marketing), overcome objections (qualification), seek closure to the sale (closure), and provide effective follow-up to the referral sources (communication).Use the sales tracker database weekly to maintain timely and accurate client account management records of sales calls (call reports).Produce quarterly territory assessments that provide an overview of their market dynamic of referral sources, new physicians, splitters, practice mergers, strategic opportunities and sales solutions presented.Business Development (80%): Prospecting, Marketing, Communication- Customer Service (Face to Face and Phone), and Qualification/Closing (Face to Face and Phone); Sales Management time and territory business, correspondence, new business proposals, and routine follow-up; and Sales Process: Daily Client Account Management, Weekly tracking/recording of sales calls, and Communication Maintenance.Administrative Duties (20%): Attend all meetings, manage relationships with leadership, and liaison between them and Business Development.Performs other duties as assigned.Virginia Beach, VA, 23450, 23451, 23452, 23453, 23454, 23455, 23456, 23457, 23458, 23459, 23460, 23461, 23462, 23463, 23464, 23465, 23466, 23467, 23471, 23479Raleigh, NC 27601, 27602, 27603, 27604, 27605, 27606, 27607, 27608, 27609, 27610, 27611, 27612, 27613, 27614, 27615, 27616, 27617, 27619, 27620, 27621, 27622, 27623, 27624, 27625, 27626, 27627, 27628, 27629, 27636, 27650, 27658, 27661, 27675, 27676Southern Pines, NC 28374, 28387, 28388by Jobble More...
