Your Responsibility: Complete our comprehensive instruction program in your first 6 weeks Actively pursue residential restoration roofing sales in storm-damaged neighborhoods Effectively close sales in your territory Collaborate with a mentor invested in your success Work with a team of highly motivated and fun-loving individuals Manage homeowner expectations and experience throughout the construction process Work a 40-hr flexible schedule to meet with homeowners Grow a substantial book of business Compensation: Commissions paid weekly Additional weekly onboard pay during 6 weeks coaching period Uncapped earnings potential Sales Rep estimated earnings $90,000-$180,000 Travel Opportunities _Eligible and interested teammates may:_ Participate in our Storm Response Team - where sales teammates can be sent to other branches with recent storm damage Participate in our SnowBird program - where teammates in branches affected by colder weather can be sent to branches that are still active!
