The Medicine II unit is renowned for its strong emphasis on teamwork, which is consistently improving. It fosters a culture of open communication and actively seeks feedback from staff to management, ensuring continuous growth and development. Job Responsibilities: Assessing patients' conditions and health needs. Developing and implementing nursing care plans. Administering medications and treatments prescribed by physicians. Facilitate skill development and knowledge sharing among staff. Foster a culture of teamwork and open communication with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educating patients and their families about medical conditions, treatments, and preventive care measures. Advocating for patients' rights and coordinating their care within the healthcare system.
