1. Gathers, sets up and breaks down equipment, instruments, and supplies.
2. Assists with non-professional patient care functions before, during, and after procedures.
3. Maintains surgical instrumentation in functional status.
4. Maintains inventories, equipment, and work areas.
5. Required Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is requiredTwo years of college is preferred -
Completion of an approved Surgical Technology program is required.
