<span>Modis is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to manage and drive multiple projects within the Financial Industry. &nbsp;The successful candidate will be a strong manager, able to react quickly and demonstrated success in delivering quality and high performing projects. <br>&nbsp;<br>Job Description:<br><ul>

<li>Directs and monitors all activities for highly complex, high risk, strategic technology-based projects from initiation to delivery. &nbsp;</li><li>All projects cross platforms, applications, and/or business lines. &nbsp;</li><li>Works with business partners to develop technology concepts, requirements, design alternatives, project schedules, and costs for new systems initiatives. &nbsp;</li><li>Plans and directs highly complex program schedules and budget, monitoring project status in comparison to cost/time projections. &nbsp;</li><li>Provides consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, and ongoing cost analyses, significant issue management/ resolution and communication, usually at the executive levels. </li><li>Provides direction to all related technical project management staff while serving in the primary project leadership role. &nbsp;</li><li>10+ years of technology project management experience. </li></ul>

&nbsp;<br>Additional Notes:<br>This candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and be very polished and professional. They NEED to have a &quot;consultant-like&quot; mentality and demeanor. This candidate needs to have solid TECHNICAL project management experience managing the full project lifecycle. This candidate needs to have experience working in a very structured project management methodology environment. Needs to have excellent soft skills and ability to build good working relationships cross-functionally and across other projects. This candidate NEEDS to have good detailed project planning skills and ability to manage from a project plan. It is a CRITICAL requirement that they need to be assertive and be able to successfully &quot;drive&quot; their project team to completion. Not just a box checker. AGILE experience is a plus.
