LQR serves both residential and commercial property owner's roofing and solar needs.We are currently in search of a proven sales professional for our Sales Field Trainer opportunity. This role supports our branch leadership and the sales development of our field roofing sales representativesResponsibilities:Support branch sales and development operations.Oversee field territory mapping and canvassing.Report data to upper management for coaching and training purposes.Maintain a regular schedule for visiting on site with reps to ensure the proper attention is being given to all new trainees.Help coach and train your field team in the following areas:Door knocking and door hangingClosing the inspections at the doorPreset appointment conversation at the door techniquesCollateral damage investigationFilling out an inspection checklist properlySafety on the roof & ladder safetyTaking photos properlyRequirementsExperience in roofing or closely related industryMust be able and willing to climb a ladder and complete a roof inspection.Must have reliable transportation and a valid drivers license.Must be able to travel within a 60-mile radius of the office.Must have evening and weekend availability.This is not a 9-5 position.Compensation & Benefits:Health insuranceHealth savings account (HSA) option401(k) with up to 3.5% company matchDental Insurance (at no cost to employee)Vision Insurance (at no cost to employee)Long-Term & Short-Term Disability (at no cost to employee)AD&D Insurance (at no cost to employee)Life Insurance (at no cost to employee)Paid time off (15 days)Referral programCOS123by Jobble More...
