Candidates should have at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong knowledge of Windows 10 and networking, and ideally hold certifications like CompTIA A+ or Cisco CCNA. Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, VMware, and familiarity with FDA-regulated or biopharma industries is advantageous. Join us in optimizing our IT infrastructure.
