Meets the patient's and family's physical, psychosocial, and religious/cultural needs. Communicate effectively with all healthcare team members as appropriate about changes in the patient's condition or response to treatment. -Minimum EducationCompleting the Nursing Diploma Program or an Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school is required.Required SkillsIt requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.Certifications/LicenseBasic Life Support (BLS) is required through the American Heart Association (AHA) within 30 days of hire. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) are required within six months of employment for Superflex RN positions. Requires a current North Carolina or compact-stated Registered Nurse license. Handle with care is preferred.Minimum Work Experience1 year of experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
