Hire Dynamics is looking to fill several Skilled Material Handlers for the overnight shift in South Charlotte!

  • 3rd shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am on a 2-2-3 rotation

    Technical Material Handler Responsibilities: -
    
    
    
    • Prepare materials for efficient changeovers
      
    • Plan color changes and execute with minimal scrap
      
    • Ensure adequate quantities of regrind are in the machine for processing; communicate the regrind percentages as requested. -
      
    • Tear down and clean hoppers, both volume and weigh scale
      
    • Weigh and tag materials removed from machines
      
    • Ensure the correct material is being used and the proper silo is assigned to each machine. -
      
      Skilled Material Handler Qualifications:
      
      
      
      • Minimum 1 year experience operating forklift
        
      • Background in material handling required
        
      • Able to lift 35 lbs.
        
      • Machine operating background preferred, not required
        
      • Must have a valid Driver's License
