Mulch Solutions in Concord, NC is seeking a CDL-B Truck Driver for Mulch Blowing Operations. We are looking for a reliable local driver with a CDL-B license to join our team. The role involves operating a truck to deliver and apply mulch, compost, and soil to commercial clients nearby. Responsibilities:
--- Safely handle the operation of a mulch blower truck for transporting and installing materials such as mulch, compost, and soil
--- Utilize various hand and power tools as necessary for the job
--- Take charge of a small team efficiently during work assignments
--- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly
--- Exhibit complete mobility in both upper and lower body movements
--- Lift, pull, and push materials and equipment, including weights up to 60 lbs.
--- Adhere strictly to safety regulations while on duty

Qualifications:
--- A valid CDL-B Commercial Drivers License is required for this position
--- The ideal candidate should have at least three years of driving experience and a clean driving record
--- Two years of experience driving a manual transmission is necessary
--- Excellent communication skills with co-workers and customers are essential
--- Prior supervision skills would be beneficial
--- A valid Medical Card is a must
--- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
--- Familiarity with Charlotte and surrounding areas, along with the ability to read a map or guide, is preferred
--- The candidate must be hard-working and self-motivated
--- Successful completion of all pre-employment screenings is necessary
