Key Responsibilities:

Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and litigation, plan the proper course of action, and resolve claims
Interact with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
Provide exceptional customer service to claimants, handling claims in accordance with policies and regulations


Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5+ years related claims experience
Active Adjusters' licenses in Workers Compensation or All Lines
Knowledge of industry standards and practices
High School Diploma
