Responsibilities include:

- - - - - - - - - Recording and report patients' vitals
- - - - - - - - - Communicating with residents' families
- - - - - - - - - Supervising the unit
- - - - - - - - - Collaborating with registered nurses to administer prescribed medications
- - - - - - - - - Educating and updating patients regarding medical plans and treatments
- - - - - - - - - Maintaining confidentiality of all resident & facility data
Requirements:
- - - - - - - - - Unencumbered active LPN license
- - - - - - - - - 1+ year LPN experience in a long term care environment
- - - - - - - - - Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language
