I have a great temp-to-perm role for an HR Recruitment Coordinator at a high-end fashion company in NYC. This role will be responsible for all administrative support and will work closely with the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Recruitment.



Essential duties of this role are as follows:



• Help draft job descriptions, performance management documentation, offer letters, etc.

• Manage all job posting

• Calendar management, scheduling interviews, meetings

• Managing and screening unsolicited resumes

• Uploading resumes into our Applicant Tracking System (Smart Recruiters)

• Conducting reference checks

• Help source resumes utilizing ATS and well as other resources

• Compiling pre-employment paperwork to deliver to HR team to ensure readiness for new hire onboarding

• Produce weekly & monthly reports

• Help update company policies and procedures

• Manage time off requests from receptionists and partner with agencies to request coverage in partnership with Directors HR.

• Help manage details as it relates to PCR (Performance Career Review) process collecting and filing all forms on an annual basis.
